I want to preface this by saying I am someone who researches everything to death before making a decision. I read every review, compare every quote, and still somehow manage to make the wrong choice half the time. So when I say Construction Elite was the right call, I mean it.

We had storm damage on our roof after a bad stretch of weather in November. Nothing catastrophic but enough to make me nervous every time it rained. Called eight companies, got very different quotes and very different vibes. Nazar was the last one I called and honestly the difference was obvious. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything. He just looked at the roof, told me what he saw, and told me what it would cost to fix it. That was it.

Work was scheduled quickly, and they began working as soon as it was possible due to the weather. The communication throughout was great. He sent photos when he was done and walked me through everything before leaving. A few weeks later we had one of the windiest storms of the season and I didn’t think about my roof once. Which honestly is exactly what you want! A roof you don’t have to think about.

My neighbor asked me afterward who we used because the crew had been so clean and professional. Gave her CE’s number without hesitation. When you find someone reliable you hold onto them.

Okay so I never write reviews but here I am. We d been ignoring our roof for probably longer than we should have as there was a water stain on the upstairs hallway ceiling that my wife and I had been pretending not to notice for a few months. To be fair, we couldn’t get it fixed because of the rains either. We finally called around and honestly the experience was pretty discouraging. One guy quoted us over $30k over the phone without even seeing the roof, another came out, walked around for like fifteen minutes, and told us we needed a full replacement. Something felt off.

Our neighbor had used Construction Elite and mentioned them about twelve times so we called them. Nazar and his team, actually spent real time up on the roof, and then sat down with us and went through everything he found with photos. Turned out it was a flashing issue around the skylight and some damaged underlayment. He was straight with us and said the roof was aging but didn’t need replacing yet and that anyone telling us otherwise without properly checking the underlayment was jumping to conclusions. Ended up being a fraction of what the other guy quoted.

The work itself was done in just two days..

That was last fall. We’ve had a soaking wet winter and not a single issue. Ceiling is dry, wife is happy, neighbor is insufferably smug about being right lol. Would absolutely recommend.
